Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Sunday to Thursday).

Orders placed on weekends (Friday-Saturday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (Ramadan, Eid, and seasonal promotions), processing may take an additional 1-2 days. We will notify you if any significant delay is expected.

Pre-orders may take 2-3 weeks depending on production schedule and order volume.

Delivery to remote areas within the UAE may take an additional 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5-14 business days). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, duties, and taxes: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Shailah is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for domestic orders within the UAE. Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. Please note:

  • The exact order amount must be available at the time of delivery
  • Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled
  • Refused or unclaimed COD orders may result in the customer being responsible for return shipping costs

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking information. You can also check your order status on our website.

Damages During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@shailah.ae or WhatsApp +971 56 900 1425. Include photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please save all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
