Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be: - Unworn and unused - With all original tags attached - In its original packaging

You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return
  3. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: - Items that have been worn, washed, or altered - Items without original tags or packaging - Sale items and discounted products - Gift cards - Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return: - We will notify you whether the refund is approved - Card/online payments: Refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (processing time depends on your bank) - Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer to an account you provide. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing. - Tabby/Tamara orders: Refunds are processed according to Tabby's or Tamara's refund policies.
