Cash on Delivery Terms
By selecting COD as your payment method, you agree to the following:
- Payment obligation: You commit to paying the full order amount in cash upon delivery. Placing a COD order constitutes a binding purchase agreement.
- Availability at delivery: You or an authorized person must be present at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
- Failed delivery: If the courier cannot deliver the order after 2 attempts due to your absence or refusal to pay, the order will be cancelled and you may be held responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Order verification: We reserve the right to verify COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before shipping. Unverified orders may be cancelled.
- COD availability: We reserve the right to limit or suspend COD availability for any customer or region based on delivery history.
